We want you to shop with confidence. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original packaging, labels, accessories, instructions and free gifts included. Please place the product packaging inside suitable protective outer packaging for the return shipment.

How to request a return

Contact customer service before sending anything back and include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping

For a change of mind, wrong size, wrong quantity or an item ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we confirm that an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, MyLunaVero will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our confirmed error.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care goods, used items, customized products, gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective or required by applicable law.
